Forgiveness Meditation

Clear your past to fully live the present. In this meditation we call upon Archangel Michael and St. Germain to help us release and transmute the pain, hurt and all the negative energy that can be harboring in us. Clear your heart of all negative energy. Forgiveness sets us free and allows us to move on with our lives. Sit quietly and be certain that nothing will disturb you. Ask your angels to surround you. Ask for the angel of love to clear away all negative energy and to escort all entities to the light. Ask the angels to protect you through this process and to surround you with their love. Give to them all negative energy that you're feeling when you think about a person or situation. Release all resentment, anger, shame, sadness and sorrow until you feel that you are at peace. Know that everything is being transmuted into love. Center in your heart. Witness golden light ascending up to the light. Offer your gratitude for all the valuable lessons that you have learned, knowing that everything will come back to you one thousand fold. Allow yourself to be filled with unconditional love. Imagine a ball of light representing this person; with your hands facing this sphere of light, send love from your heart to it. Wittness your angels doing the same. Speak out loud: “I forgive you. I release you, from all directions of time, you are free, I am free and this is so." Call in Archangel Michael to cut all cords. All cords of pain, illusion and all negative energy related to this person and experience. Call in St-Germain to transmute everything with the violet flame into and energy of love. Call in the Angel of Love to surround this person's heart. Release the sphere. You are free!

Forgiveness

Generally, forgiveness is a decision to let go of resentment and thoughts of revenge. The act that hurt or offended you may always remain a part of your life, but forgiveness can lessen its grip on you and help you focus on other positive parts of your life. Forgiveness can even lead to feelings of understanding, empathy and compassion for the one who hurt you. Forgiveness doesn't mean that you deny the other person's responsibility for hurting you, and it doesn't minimize or justify the wrong. You can forgive the person without excusing the act. Forgiveness brings peace to your heart and helps you go on with life. We’ve all been hurt by another person at some point in life. Maybe we were treated badly, our trust was broken, or our heart hurt. Eventhough it might be normal to feel pain in our heart, sometimes that pain lingers for too long, causing us to relive the pain over and over, and then we have a hard time letting it go. Unforgiveness causes us to be unhappy, can strain or ruin relationships, distract us from work, family and other important things. It can make us reluctant to open up to new people and experiences. We get trapped in a cycle of anger and hurt, missing out the beauty of life. We need to learn to forgive and let go. This will help us to move on and find happiness. Forgiveness can change our life!! It is important to know that forgiveness does not mean that we erase the past, or forget what has happened. It doesn’t even mean the other person will change his/her behaviour — we cannot control that. All it means is that we are letting go of the anger and pain, and moving on to a better place. Because we are tired of carrying all this weight with us. We decide that we do not want this anger, this unforgiveness, any longer because today we realize that we are more important that whatever happened in the past. We cannot change the past, but we do can change our present to have a better future! Today we decide to love ourselves, because we deserve it! Forgiveness is different from saying, “I lose”, or “I was wrong and you were right.” Forgiveness is simply a way of freeing our spirit and becoming the unlimited being that we are in truth. Peacefulness, joy and increased energy are the prizes, and forgiveness is the price. I think it is worth it! It might not be easy, but we can learn to do it!! There are some things that we have to keep in mind. Forgiveness is a process that we are not going to adopt in a minute, or maybe not even in a day. It can take time. Be gentle with yourself. Start by recognizing that the pain is hurting you and is time to let it go. Commit to change! Realize that whatever happened in the past, already happened and you cannot change it. The past is over. It isn’t happening anymore, except in your mind. And that is causing you unhappiness, stress and it might also be causing you physical pain (back aches, neck pain, among others). Let’s change your focus and instead, bring your focus back to the present moment. What are you doing now? What joy can you find in your life right now? Focus in all the things that bring joy to your life. Enjoy your life and the good things that are surrounding you NOW, and stop reliving the past. The Angels can help us in the process of healing past issues, forgiveness and letting go. We can call upon the Archangels and ask for their help. Here you have the name of the Archangels you can call upon: Archangel Uriel: He can show us how to heal every aspect of our lives, turning disappointments into victories, finding blessings in adversity, and releasing the painful burdens and memories of the past through the application of unconditional forgiveness. Uriel uses his flaming sword to purify mental and emotional understanding and transmute lower vibrational energies into enlightened spiritual understanding. Archangel Jeremiel: He deals with emotions, helping us review our lives so that we may forgive. Archangel Jophiel: She heals negative and chaotic situations, and can help us bring positive thoughts. So whenever you go back to think in the past, call upon Jophiel and ask her to bring beautiful and positive thoughts to your mind. Archangel Raguel: He brings harmony to all relationships, and helps to heal any misunderstandings. Archangel Raphael: He is the healing archangel. He can help us heal not only physical pain but emotional pain as well. Call upon Archangel Raphael and Jeremiel and ask them to help you heal your emotions. It is normal to go back, and start thinking about the past, but just acknowledge it, and gently bring yourself back to the present moment. Don’t fight it. Remember, be gentle with yourself. The change is already happening eventhough you are just taking baby steps. The process of healing has already begun! Although you cannot control the actions of others, you can control not only your actions, but your thoughts. You can stop reliving the hurt, and instead you can choose to move on. You have this power. You just need to learn how to apply it. Remember call upon Archangel Jophiel, she will happily assist you. Finally, forgive the person and realize that in forgiveness, you are allowing yourself to be happy and to move on. Feel empathy for the person and wish always for the highest and best good for all involved – you included. You deserve to be happy! You deserve to find joy and peace in your heart! … And remember you are never alone...call upon your guardian Angels and the Archangels for support all along the way.
